Our goal is to create beautiful artwork that portrays who you are as an individual. Because our work is so diversely unique, no artwork is returnable. If you find that your images have not met your expectations, we will do everything possible to satisfy you, but those issues must be brought to our attention before the images leave our studio.
No refunds will be given to images that have left the studio.
Session fees must be paid at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Sessions will not be booked without a prepaid fee. All sessions must be booked 7 days in advance. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. With proper notice we can reschedule you as time allows. Session fees are non-refundable- they can be however, transferred to another date.
Personal Cameras
We do NOT allow outside camera/video to be brought to any session. You hire us to do our job and we ask that you respect our policies.
Reshoots
We will always do our very best to capture your portraits. We cannot control getting that perfect expression, look or pose. We will NOT offer a reshoot for those reasons. We WILL offer a reshoot for any equipment or technical failure.
Viewing & Ordering
All galleries will be active for 30 days. In the unlikely event that you need to reinstate your gallery there will be a convenience fee of $35 that will be assessed. Orders can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. We strive to return them to you quickly, however during high volume times of the year we can be pushed to the outer limits of our delivery times. Payment plans are available; please ask us how we can help you get all the images you want. Only orders that are paid for in full will be allowed to leave the studio. We happily accept all major credit and debit cards and (of course) cash. Sadly, at this time we are unable to accept personal checks with the exception of Wedding Photography.
